Starland Creativity Center: Starland offers some of the most unique classes this side of New York. In addition to the popular standards such as tap, ballet, musical theatre, and drama, Starland is breaking new ground with state-of-the-art computer arts and off the beaten path young children's classes. They also have a great concert series, and you can catch me there either teaching, directing a play or putting on a concert. It's a great place for parties, too!

Patagonia Argentina, 1994: Prior to leaving Chicago to go persue a film career in LA, Mindy volunteered to help unearth dinosaurs and prehistoric reptiles in Patagonia for 4 months.
